Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a no hassle refund, minus a 15% re-stocking fee. We will pay the return shipping costs and waive restocking fee, if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Orders" link under the My Account menu and take note of the order number. Contact us in the "Contact Us" section below. Let us know what your returning and we will create your return and send you return information needed. We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
Free shipping and fixed rate shipping is available only for the USA lower 48 states, excluding Hawaii and Puerto Rico. International orders will be not be shipped to at this time. Free shipping excludes Tires, Fenders, and other oversize items, unless noted in part listing.
We can ship to virtually any address in the USA. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to some destinations, such as batteries, items with liquids, some oversize items, etc. If you have any question if it will ship to your destination, please email us in our contact us section, and we will look up the regulations in your area. If your item cannot ship to your destination, we will refund your money for the products that can not ship, adjust your shipping pricing to reflect this change, and continue to process the items that can be shipped.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. We may change your shipping method or provider if your product cannot be shipped through certain carriers. We will notify you of any changes to your order that will affect, or slow down the delivery time of your product however, we may choose to upgrade your shipping speed or provider when necessary for the fastest shipping time without notice.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. If we can not ship the item requested to you destination, we will refund your money immediately and notify you.
We are not responsible for lost shipments, damaged shipments, or act of God issues out of our control. We will do everything we can to help in these unique situations, to track down, get insurance payoffs etc, but once the shipment leaves our facility, it is no longer our responsibility. USPS does not insure their Priority mail services, so if you want a package insured at additional cost, please let us know. UPS includes $100.00 of insurance on every package, if you choose to use this service, and want any other service such as insurance etc, please notify us in the notes section of checkout cart when you order.
